Training

If you are new to the idea of completing a triathlon then the Jules Taylor Marlborough Women's Triathlon is a great place to start.

 

Thousands of women have taken part in this great event, many as first timers, so you won't be alone. To feel comfortable about being able to complete the event on the day we have put together a beginners training plan which you can download below.

 

Remember that you can walk or run the first section and if you are non-swimmer, then you can walk/aqua jog the four lengths of the pool to finish.
